Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately after the request is submitted.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
